Artisan Products & Pricing
We take immense pride in the highly detailed, uncompromisingly premium nature of our playing cards. However, due to the intricate foiling and printing processes, slight variations may occur. Prices for our limited-edition releases and standard decks are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Order Acquisition
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This is particularly relevant for our highly sought-after limited editions to ensure fair distribution among dedicated card collectors.
Secure Transit & Shipping
Once your acquisition is confirmed, the Decklume team prepares your decks for secure transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier strikes. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as breathtaking custom artwork, graphics, logos, images, and text, is the exclusive property of Decklume Ltd. and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our designs, including our proprietary sun-burst gold foil patterns, is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Decklume Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or website. Our liability to you shall not exceed the total price of the items you acquired from us.
