Refund Policy

The 30-Day Window

We are confident in the unparalleled visual warmth and tactile mastery of our decks. However, if you wish to return your acquisition, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this 30-day window cannot be accommodated.

Eligible Artifacts

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it. The cellophane wrapping must remain completely intact and unbroken. Opened decks, custom printed orders, or items marked as final sale are strictly non-refundable.

Initiation of Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@decklume.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for our Las Vegas vault. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged in Transit

If your luxury tuck box or cards arrive damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographic evidence of the damaged shipping box and the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an intact, unopened deck for a different edition, you must process it as a standard return for a refund and place a new, separate order for the desired artifact.
